* By making an online deposit of 5% of the total quotation when ordering a translation, you'll be expressing your intention of getting involved in serious business with the translator.

**As easy as it sounds: we refund this 5% advanced payment if you and the selected translator fail to get in touch or once the translator has all the information does not agree to go on at the same price and no agreement is reached. All claims made within 15 days from the date the translation has been ordered will be processed.
